Maya Rudolph Shows Off Baby Bump At Costume Designers Guild Awards

Maya Rudolph looks radiant! The pregnant Up All Night actress showed off her baby bump on the red carpet at the Costume Designers Guild Awards in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, Feb. 19.

The 41 year old Maya is expecting her fourth child with father Paul Thomas Anderson who is a movie director.

Maya was seen in a loose, leopard print caftan taling with her friends from SNL.

In addition to her regular SNL friends, she was also seen with producer Lorne Michaels as well as always fashionable Anne Hathaway.

Maya Rudolph sat near Amy Poehler, Wiig and Lorne Michaels. Maya went on stage later to introduce Steve Martin who in turn presented Lorne Michaels with the Distinguished Collaborators Award.resented the Distinguished Collaborator Award to Michaels.

Congratulations to Maya on her baby to be. She certainly knows how to “Rock the Bump!”

Kate Rocks Her Bump!

In her first public engagement since announcing her pregnancy in December, Kate Middleton visited the Action on Addiction center Hope House yesterday in South London. During her visit the Duchess of Cambridge opened up about her difficult morning sickness and bonded with one expectant mother, Natalie, who was receiving treatment at the center.

Natalie, 28, who is expecting her second child in July, just like the Duchess, shared her conversation with Kate with The Mirror. Natalie said: “We’re due about the same time. She’s been unwell and feeling better now and I felt pretty much the same the first time.”

Speaking to the Duchess she said: “This is my road to recovery. When I was in addiction, my life was in complete darkness and then gets a lot brighter.”

With Kate replying: “Well done to you for getting sober.”

Afterwards Natalie said: “I’ve got to say I’m sober and clean. When I was in the darkness I never thought that would happen.”

Kate’s visit was to raise awareness for the charity, of which the Duchess is patron, but the Kate’s beautiful appearance with her growing baby bump in a Max Mara wrap dress stole the show.

Chief Executive of the charity, Nick Barton said Kate was very well received by the women at the Center: “She was wonderful with the clients. They fell in love with her. They opened up to her.

“She’s such an easy person that they were talking to her in a very comfortable way, and I think surprised themselves at how easy that she made it for them. She seemed in good spirits, in good health, and very comfortable.”

Pregnant Fergie Is Expecting A Baby!

Singer Fergie, 37, and husband actor Josh Duhamel, 40, announced via Twitter on Feb 18th that they are expecting their first child this summer. “Josh & Me & Baby makes three!!!” she tweeted. Earlier this month Duhamel told iVillage he would be a strict dad, “I will probably be a bit of a disciplinarian,” he said. “But at the same time, we’ll have a lot of fun.”

Josh‘s new romantic film Safe Haven which he costars with Julianne Hough as his love interest is currently in theatres!

Somebody Buy Jessica Simpson A Maternity Tracksuit!

Jessica Simpson is making us smile again. Recently spotted in very comfortable sweats or pajamas maybe, she did appear on route to the gym. Here’s a girl that took pregnancy weight gain to a whole new level just a year ago, while still sporting super high heels, only to become the Weight Watcher Spokesperson and get quickly svelte to surprise us once again (and herself apparently), by becoming pregnant less than six months after just had her baby. We do have to admire her discipline in working out during pregnancy, which is a habit may expecting women drop by the wayside when morning sickness or pregnancy cravings appear (sometimes at the same time).

Doctors and fitness experts recommend maintaining a regular fitness routine throughout your pregnancy to help you stay healthy and feel better. There’s evidence that exercise during pregnancy can prevent you from getting gestational diabetes, help you relieve stress and build stamina that you will need for labor and delivery.

Although you will want to maintain a regular workout routine, you will want to listen to your body and only exercise in moderation. Also opt for low impact fitness excercises as your tendons and ligaments are looser during pregnancy and your center of gravity is also shifting, not to mention your joints are supporting more weight as your pregnancy progresses.

Remember to always consult your doctor before embarking on a new exercise regime during pregnancy or if you notice any difficulty during exercise including bleeding or spotting or any pains.

Pregnant Busy Philipps Shows Off Baby Bump at SAG Awards

Philipps chatted to E! about her strategy in dressing for the awards in her third trimester of pregnancy.

“It was hard to decide which way to go. Do you hide the bump, do you show it off?’ the Cougar Town said of her Gabriella Candela gown.

‘I went with show it off! I embraced it!’

Busy, who is due in June, said she’s been craving sandwiches. She also opened up about announcing her pregnancy on Twitter, joking, ‘I didn’t want people to think I was just getting chubby. I was excited to share the news!’

Dressing in the latter stages of pregnancy can be a tricky thing, but typically showing a bump, particularly when it is a big bump, with a stretchy tight wrap clothing or ruching, does more to show off your overall glamour and style than placing tent clothing around it try to disguise it, which only makes you look “bigger” particularly if the emphasis is to hide your belly.

Another good rule of thumb is to go for solid colors and less busy patterns if you are in the later stages of pregnancy with a bump that feels more like a mountain. A full length maxi dress or gown in a solid color in the later stages of pregnancy will greatly elongate your look and streamline your figure. The early and mid months of pregnancy are generally a better time to mix up the patterns and prints, before the bump becomes the main focus of your shape. Also, as we all know, darker colors are more slimming and the winter months are a good time to take advantage of that strategy.

Pregnancy is a beautiful time in life and one you will want to remember fondly. If you have fun with your curves and bump at each stage of your pregnancy than you will feel as beautiful as you look.

Michael Bublé And His Wife Are Having A Baby Bublé!

Buble, the Canada-born crooner, and his wife Luisana Lopilato, is pregnant with their first child. The couple announced on Thursday that they are expecting with a 22-second YouTube video set to the song “I Just Haven’t Met You Yet.” The video starts with the text “Mike, LU and Mini Buble!!!” and displays images from his wife’s live ultrasound as well as cute photos of the couple.

“We’re having a baby Bublé!!!” was written in both English and Spanish with audio of children cheering.

Bublé and Lopilata, an Argentinian actress, were married in 2011 in Buenos Aires. The happy couple has always been very vocal about their desire to have children. Soon after their nuptials Buble told ET Canada, “I’ve said to her a million times I’d love to have kids. “But I always say to her when you’re ready — when you feel like you’ve lived and you’ve partied and done all the things you want to do. When you’ve worked your butt off, then tell me.”

He added, “All my friends have babies so every time one of them says, ‘Guess what, you’re going to be an uncle,’ part of me is so happy for them and the other part of me is jealous.”

Lopilato also announced the pregnancy news on her Facebook page:

I wanted to share with you this great joy with which God has blessed our families and us. Thanks to my family for being with me in every second of my anxiety for wanting to tell, and take care of me with love as they do every day. Thanks to my friends for being as happy as me and giving me the most beautiful hugs. And thanks to God for giving me one of the most beautiful joys and opportunities that a woman can get.

The couple did not reveal how far along the 25-year-old actress and model is in her pregnancy.

Chely Wright and Wife Expecting Twins!

Country singer Chely Wright and her wife, Lauren Blitzer-Wright, are expecting twins this summer.

The couple, who married in August 2011, made the announcement on Howard Bragman’s YouTube series, Gwissues, Wednesday.

The babies are due in July, but Wright, who is carrying them, expects she’ll have to deliver a month early, as is common with twin births.

“We’re excited to be parents,” she told Bragman. “We hope we don’t mess it up too badly.”

Skakira Gives Birth To Baby Boy!

Congratulations to Columbian songstress, Shakira, 35, and her boyfriend, professional soccer player Gerard Pique, 25. The two welcomed a baby boy on Tuesday, according to Shakira’s personal website.

“We are happy to announce the birth of Milan, son of Shakira Mebarak and Gerard Piqué, born January 22nd at 9:36pm, in Barcelona, Spain,” the statement read. “The name Milan (pronounced MEE-lahn), means dear, loving and gracious in Slavic; in Ancient Roman, eager and laborious; and in Sanskrit, unification. “

Shakira had already hinted to her fans via Twitter, where she has more than 19 million followers, that her baby was due to arrive soon. Tuesday morning she tweeted, “I’d like to ask you all to accompany me in your prayers on this very important day of my life. Shak”

Just last week Shakira announced she and Pique were throwing a “virtual baby shower” to support UNICEF and would “soon be welcoming” their first child, though they did not specify any dates.

The couple reportedly scheduled the birth so that Pique could be sure to be there to welcome their baby.

Kim Kardashian Is Looking To Be More Private In Her Pregnancy

Kim Kardashian, who has never been one to shy from the limelight, surprised everyone with Kanye West’s impromptu announcement of her pregnancy at his concert in Atlantic City, NJ on Dec 30th. Amazingly Kim was able to go under the radar as tabloids speculated over Jessica Simpson’s quick second pregnancy and then focused on Kate Middleton’s acute morning sickness.

Kim said it was nice to be out of the media spotlight during the early stages of her pregnancy while the royal couple got all the attention.

“I’m obviously so happy for them, but if anything I loved the privacy, ” the 32-year-old reality TV start said in an interview last Wednesday.

Of course that bit of privacy is over now that the “Big Reveal” was made by boyfriend Kanye West at his concert. Kardashan says that her motherly instincts have made her more guarded in her personal life now that the word is out.

“I think that definitely kicks in where you’re like, ‘Ok, I have to go in protect mode,’ an as ironic as it sounds, you live your life on a reality show but then when you grow up…certain things change your life that make you want to be more private and this I definitely one of them.”

Kardashian and West went public with their relationship in March. Kardashian married NBA player Kris Humphries in August 2011 and their divorce is not finalized.

Kardashian is due in July.

A new season of her reality show with her sister Kourtney, “Kourtney and Kim Take Miami,” premieres Sunday on E! (9 p.m. EST).

Jenna Bush Hager Announces Pregnancy

It seems that every day a celebrity or household name is expecting a baby. The latest in the line of famous pregnancies is former First Daughter Jenna Bush Hager who is celebrating her first pregnancy with her husband, Henry Hager.

The mom-to-be recently reported to access Hollywood, “I’m feeling great. My parents are really excited, obviously. This is the one gift they’ve been bothering me about.”

“They’ve been harassing me and my husband about it for five years,” she continued, laughing. “Literally, at our rehearsal dinner they brought it up…But they’re really thrilled of course.”

Bush Hager, who is a correspondent for the Today Show, revealed her pregnancy news publically on the program last week. She’s due in the Spring 2013 but still needs to make preparations for the baby.

“We still have a while to go and really we’re just celebrating the gift that will come in several months,” Bush told Access Hollywood.

“A White House Christmas: First Families Remember,” premieres on Thursday, December 20 at 8 ET/PT.

Hosted by Meredith Vieira, the special looks at Christmases past and present and features members of presidential families over the last 50 years, including First Lady Michelle Obama, and former First Ladies Laura Bush, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Barbara Bush and Rosalynn Carter.

“Warm and fuzzy doesn’t really describe it,” Bush Hager said when asked about the memories that spring to mind when thinking of her Christmases at the White House during her dad’s two terms in the Presidency.

“The White House is such a magic place during the holidays… People come from all over the country to decorate it and then to see it, and you know, it’s just a really special place and that’s one of the reasons that we produced this special, all of these women and men – Michael Regan, as well — we all have had the privilege of living history and being in this place so we wanted to share some of that magic.”
